Hutton Orbital Run in 26 Minutes, 40 Seconds

So with the entry of the Type 8 into the game I decided it would be the best option to try break the record for the Hutton Orbital run. I managed to complete it in what appears to be 26 minutes and 40 seconds, which is from the time I entered into Alpha Centauri to touch down on Pad 3 at Hutton Orbital.

To be honest, I have no idea if this is a new record or not but I'm posting it with video for proof. If anyone knows of a better time, please let me know.

Close. 100% fuel and then sold the tanks off for cargo racks after arrival. Wasn't sure how much I would need so I went all out. Turns out a had a decent amount still when I touched down on the pad.

There can be a new category for Hutton times: SCO with no heat sinks. The key is using a grade 5 LE / Thermal Spread plant and using the variable SCO throttle to drop the heat before you top out, usually 94%. The performance variable ends up being how long you can stay in high SCO before having to downshift due to heat.
