Hehe hehe, yeah, gotta love Hutton Orbital. Those data missions from the Earth stations is where I broke through financially in this game. They bought my Python, Anaconda, T10, and Chieftain. I jokingly call it the "Kettle Run" (geddit?) cos once you enter the AC system and start heading to Hutton you can brew up and basically let the ship fly itself for an hour (but do watch out for interdictions as you get near the station). The other good thing about them is they really help with Federation ranking.
I always wondered how long it might be before they got nerfed, I have in fact noticed they are not so plentiful since the recent 3 update, but they are still worth working at if you wanna make money. As for me I'm good now, so don't need them as much as I did.
