There are multiple aspects to each system that makes them unique. You mention Hutton and players think "ugh" and that's unique. It's a challenge, who wants to go there? Some will just as a challenge, a bucket list. I've never been, but I started that direction and spent about 30 minutes and left.

I've made a pilgrimage there back in my hauler days. They sell a rare good but it's not unique to the system.
