Hyper Space jump query

i have a query regards hyperspace jumps between
space station and reaching destination.
Say i jump to Aulin all i see when i come out of jump is the screen filled wih a
sun:mad:
how the heck does one navigate to the station its sending me well :S

its way different to all those years ago when i played the game on the trusty old Beeb to reach Elite status

Firstly, pull up so you dont end up in the sun. :)

Then go to the left panel and select a destination to target.

Then get your little compass and get the solid circle into the centre and when you align you should see it ahead of you.

You are currently traveling in supercruise, unless you giot too close to the sun, so you will be going very fast.

Then just fly there. You need to be traveling at under 1,000km per second when you reach a distance of 1,000km from target then press your hyperspace button to come out of supercruise. and there you go.

first thing to do is PULL UP! ;) once you have done trhat open the nav menu on the left hand panel. select and lock on to the station (if the system has one - not all do). once you've done that you can use your compass to find it just like you did in the original game. remember not to get to close to the sun or the planets though, it pulls you out of SC.
