Hyperdrive-Interdictions

Okay, now since Frontier plans to introduce instant ship transfer for some buckets, do you people believe that we will never get Hyperdrive-Interdictions because we don't jump that often from that point or do you think that this is a solution to protect our glassy traderships and explorerships from any sort of (OP-)Hyperdrive-Interdictions? So maybe all just jumping with Combat-ships and transport there T-9 via instant-beam to prevent him from Thargoid-destruction?

I'm intrested what you people think about this

Think your missing the point really.... people will still fly around and use supercruise as they need to go places in a system for mining, trading, missions and other bits n bobs.

How often do you interdict someone jumping from system to system? ship transfer doesn't really do anything to this style of play because anyone who mass jumps has a fuel scoop anyway so you never see them in supercruise as they don't need to land to refuel.

Ship transfer is going to have quite a big cost to it as well so it's not going to replace system to system travel.

I think you don't understand what i'm talking about.
It's not about the usual interdiction. I talk about Interdictions DURING hyperjump like the oldschool thargoids and if this gameplay change is a hint of getting them or don't getting them.

Depends on what aliens may or may not appear.

To date whenever people mention thargoids all ED staff put on a blank face and say "No idea - what's a Thargoid"

Some people have surmised that the aliens may not be Thargoids, but other things instead.

But based on the Jacques mis-jump whoever they are had some ability to muck about in Hyperspace (ie. in between system jumps).
