Yes general increased times have happened before, because:
Witch space is a loading screen.
and anything which impacts that increases the jump time.
This can be loading assets from your drive: SSD vs HDD, or if your drive is getting full (check space).
Number of players in the instance jumping too and from: as it has to make each connection (Fuel Rats would go to solo for long range rescues to speed things up 5-10s makes a big difference when going 2000 jumps).
Coding changes: FDev have cocked things up in the past, and a patch made jumps longer (and shorter when fixed).
Server issues: as they handle stuff.
Network issues: the base speed of passing all those 1's and 0's (could be other family members gobbling wifi, or neighbours watching say a big soccer game online and overloading local network contention).
and so on...
If it's widely reported its something their end, something only happening to the OP then it may be their end (full HDD/SSD or networking).
