Picked one up yesterday. Last in the shop, too.

I've heard lots of great things about this headset.

Okay, it's not audiophile real 7.1 headphone audio, but the virtual 7.1 surround generated by the USB sound card does the job just fine in my book for gaming. You really can tell where all the sound is coming from.

What's more, you can switch back to stereo at any time with a simple button push.

The construction is fantastic, the frame being made of metal all the way through. Very light, too. When wearing you forget it is there.

Would totally recommend this piece of kit.

I use this too and totally agree with Un1k0rn. The headset is the most comfortable that I have ever worn and I have worn a lot professionally. It is by far more comfortable than my hi-fi sytem Sennheiser cans and my Bose noise-cancelling ones. I used to wear headsets a lot whilst flying and honestly these HyperX are a lot more comfortable to wear.

BTW - Audio performance is good too and the noise-cancelling mic performs well. (The flexible-arm mic can be unplugged from the cans and a blank fitted.)

Bought a set last year, awesome, more comfy than any headset i have previously owned, sennheiser, turtlebeach none of them can get close the the cloud 2
