I absolutely hate, hate, hate rides. Need help with entrance placement :-(

Hello everybody,
last time I built a ride was about 15 month ago. I know why, it's such a pain in the butt
It took me 1 hour to place this stupid track. Now I can't figure out how to place the exit? Whenever I click on the "both at right side" button, it won't change anything. I tried to delete the station, but it then won't let me place one again. I'd be very grateful for some advise It's soooo frustrating!

so both at right side is selected but you have gates at both sides? I would remove all gates and paths connecting then refresh the side of the station you want the gates on

I can't delete them, unfortunately. Know I rebuilt this whole thing and now it won't let me snap it ... due to "train restrictions" or something?
P.S.: Finally got it working ... ugly as hell, but I'm fed off

I think you cant snap the track because the turn is too tight somehow, making a wider turn can allow the snap to work. Transportation is a pain to work with that may require to remove large portions of the tracks and stations to fix one section. Maybe the raised terrain is causing an issue, you can always raise and lower the terrain after you have placed the tracks

Ah, I did not know that you can lower terrain after the placement. However, I disabled all the "collision" options. I won't mess with it again, just cover everything with nice rocks as we always do with crappy pathes Anyways, thank you very much for your kind advice!
