I Have been using an excellent Cutter mining build for a couple of years with absolutely zero power issues. It's been in storage for about 6 months. Today when I pulled her out of storage all of a sudden I am now at 144% of my power capacity. I have been playing Elite for years and this is the first time I have seen this. Any help or speculation would be appreciated. Thanks
