Ok, I had a mission to get goods. While I went to get goods, in a USS, another NPC told me not to get goods, but to get him the goods for a crap pay. I went ahead and got the goods for my original mission giver. However, once docked, in right station, with right cargo, I am unable to give mission. Mission timer was all good too. Mission suddenly disappears from bulletin board, I am stuck with original mission still, to get the two goods. Meanwhile, I accepted an identical mission, gave the 2 goods but the original other mission is still stuck left on the UI. What is worse, since then, I do not see any reputation gains !!!!! I am not getting rep either... already wrote to Frontier yesterday, they say the usual answer that all corporations and enterprises give out these days (high value questions, long waiting queue, bla bla bla), so at this point, I am asking for help. I am also UNABLE to cancel the original quest, as I already clicked ABANDON after it was bugged, and now it is just sitting there, wanting me to hand in the mission with the alternative NPC that I obviously wont do due to the standings loss. Suggestions please, bugs like these are annoying. I don't feel like grinding two full days again to make up for 1 mission forced upon me due to mission bug with the opposite faction, to regain my old good reputation status with my main faction.
I am completely bugged out in-game, need advice please

here is the thing, i do not want to accept it from the alternative mission guy as it will give me a brutal standing/rep loss with my main faction. Also, I never had the option to cancel it anywhere.
