A lot of players couldn't get to properly play the game yesterday - I'd hold off on that opinion until tonight/tomorrow and majority of players can get to play
No doubt that after a few days the complaints will come flooding in. But also remember that here in DD one does not necessarily need to play the game to complain about it. Some of our most verdant doomstayers freely admit they haven't played the game for months/years/if at all since release yet demand that their voice be heard on current aspects of the game. I don't know if you followed the Beta thread but one of the most vocal dissenters about a certain feature freely admitted he hadn't bothered to even try it, yet he knew it was a game destroyer.
All I am said in my OP was that I was expecting more salt, even at this early stage and pleasantly surprised that there was so little - and yes to reiterate, it is my opinion, I am not assuming anything else

Personally I plan to get real salty once I can get in... but for now I'm gonna have another coffee and listen to some audiobook... After last night, I just can't be donkeyed with ED.
There's 100k+ systems in the bubble, they wont all be tagged by the time you log in.
And of course there will still be 400 billion systems outside the bubble.
Bif fan of FSS here, managed to snag my home stations planet (sorry to the PMF based there) and currently on my way back from a 7kly trip to my most valuable system with 5 WW's in it
99 jumps each way and I used the FSS to fully discover every last one, only mapping ELW/WW/AW and metal rich. Exploring is now so much more immersive and fun and was surprised at how quick it was to get used to it

I said the same thing the last update... A couple of days later, the forums went nuclear. Give it a couple of days until people have had a chance to play through it...
