Hoi sin, oyster, shrimp and chili sauces would round out a nice selection.
Then all you need is a cheap wok, some cornstarch, some veggies, and anything that looks like it would run away.

Normally it is a tax thing. The Chinese do it all of the time; about every 18 months, the local changes hands. All within the same 'family', but if it is done under 18 months and the first business goes into liquidation, they don't have to pay VAT.
