i backed elite with the 80 pound all expansions pack but now

hi

i backed elite with the 80 pound all expansions pack but now all I have in the new store is the 50 pound one with no expansion is this an error because of the missing items ! please help thanks.

Yeah, I was about to create a similar thread. I backed 37 pounds, but I only see 30 pound package avaible on my account. There is no evidence that I backed more except e-mail... Would Devs be so kind to clarify that??

Best regards
Hampius

well I checked it seems In the backers login it still shows the 80 pack I guess they only show instore the things that are there in store now .... and that must be why both of us don't see the whole packages

The shop only shows store products listed, not the kickstarter rewards, these are still applied to your account and will be fulfilled when we reach the various deliveries.

I too bought the "premium drm removed physical copy" level package, and I'm only showing a £50 level item.

What's the expansion extra item at £35? Wasn't it said that the premium level package included all extras too?

Here's what the old package site said:

Premium Boxed Edition of Elite: Dangerous

DRM-free collector's premium boxed edition of "Elite: Dangerous". Includes a T shirt with "I backed Elite: Dangerous" on the back, an A3 Star Map and a paperback copy of the official sequel to "The Dark Wheel".
Kickstarter Special: Have the option to start in the founder's world with any starter ship and 4,000 CR. Note: any Kickstarter decal-carrier will be able to travel to this secret system in gameplay.
Digital Download Pack. This includes a single digital download of the game, any expansions and 500 credits when starting a new game.
Access to the private backer’s discussion forum.
Explorer: Have the option to start on the edge of explored space with a long range version of the Cobra Mk III and 3,000 CR (randomised system choice for multiplayer reasons).
Independent Trader: Have the option to start in the Lave system with a basic Cobra Mk III and only 100 CR.
Participate in the second round private beta test.
Download a digital copy of the “Elite: Dangerous” music.
Pirate: Have the option to start in an anarchic Frontier system with a stolen but upgraded Cobra Mk III and only 100 CR (randomised system choice for multiplayer reasons).
Your name forms part of the naming database (so your name will be one of those used randomly for non-player in-game characters).
Federal Trader: Have the option to start in a Federal border system with a basic Cobra Mk III loaded with cargo worth 1,000 CR and 1,000 CR in cash (randomised system choice for multiplayer reasons).
Download a digital copy of the official sequel to “The Dark Wheel” novel.
Imperial Bounty Hunter: Have the option to start in an Imperial Colony with an Imperial Eagle Mk II Fighter with upgraded weapons and shields and 1,000 CR (randomised start system choice for multiplayer reasons).
Reserve your Commander name in the game (first come, first served, except Jameson).
Receive the digital newsletter and progress updates.
Be an Elite supporter, and get a digital code when the game is released to apply a transferrable decal to your ship, unique to you, the game’s backers.

Yea, but I'm on about the expansion item that's mysteriously appeared. I thought all this was included with my level of pledge. The only thing that I knew I would not get would be alpha or beta 2 private access, nor any of the higher level things like star system naming etc.

It's deceptive but it looks like I've gone from a £90 pledge down to a £50, and of my £90, I now would have to add another £35 to get expansions?

No you don't, your reward still stands, but that reward does not exist as a store product so is not displayed there. It is still listed in the backers app, but you can no longer make changes through there.

I think the confusion is coming because the original backer app didn't mention expansion packs? Or was this the previous "Founders" level?

thanks for the quick response Michael . I was banging my hand under the table to be not tempted to buy the alpha pack now after seeing the live streams I guess it worked :)

Ok, another problem - I can't login to the backer's app anymore. I have tried reseting password, but still I get the message "Sorry the credentials you entered don't match our records". Something is bugged?

Click on the reset link in the email sent - it said if you haven't logged in for ages, it may need resetting.

Read my post again - I have resetted the password...
What I think is the problem is that... one actually can't reset the password of backer's app, even when issueing the procedure from the backer's app site. Something is messed up here...

Mm this happened to me too, backed just above £80 as wanted the dlc, only I just see £50. Read the part here about it all, which soothed my worries however digging deeper the store days I only have standard beta (no dlc) this is covered in premium. However this is exactly what I purchased by buying above £80.
