I bought tritium at the station, loaded it in the carrier cargo and the tritium was gone

I bought tritium at the station (4000), loaded it onto the carrier ship and the tritium was gone when I logged into the game the next day. the money I spent on it was not returned, the tritium just got out of the hold. How can I get my money or tritium back? Give me back my money!

In the cargo or market, and if it was the market did you have a sell order set up without realising it?

If it was in the cargo, I'm sure you saw the carrier amount increase by each ship load, so it's difficult to have missed it. Check your FC commodity trading if you have any active sell orders. As Veronica said, it's the most likely reason. Someone took advantage of it.

i couldnt sell it because my Fcarrier balance also didnt change

Ok, need to check logs and things to see what's happened, if you are sure you are correct then we can't help here and it's time to send a message to FDEV via customer support to see if they can help. They will check your transactions and if you are correct refund you the money. I have never had this happen to me, and have filled my FC many times, but I suppose some sort of network glitch could cause this to happen. But you really need to contract customer support now, gone as far as you can go via forums.

Go contact support. If your tritium was gone like that, then they can either refund it or even make missing tritium appear at FC cargo hold.
