I can only see agricultural systems on the galaxy map even though I have not got agricultural selected on the filter?

Can you take a screenshot of your galaxy map with the filter tab open?
Maybe you switched the filter to something else than economy type.

Did you play with the 'population size' slider and can now only see the highest population systems (that are often agricultural)?
Population slider, yes - in another recent thread you asked about how to filter for population. Agri systems have very large populations.
