I can't attach my New Horizons that I bought on steam to my Frontier account

Hello,
I have re-downloaded Elite Dangerous and New Horizons today. The base version of the game works, I can play it with no problem, but when I go into my steam library and try to launch Elite Dangerous New Horizons it says that "Game not attached to this Frontier Account" when I click the copy button to copy the game key It doesn't do anything, I don't have anything in my clipboard. I tried to find the cd key in steam but I was only able to find the CD key for the base version and when I tried to type that in after pressing the Redeem button in the New Horizons client it says that this cd key was already used.

Any help would be nice

Is Steam telling you multiple keys are required? (if so the second key listed is horizons) If the Horizons key is not listed check your purchase history and approach steam CS.

When I right click on Elite Dangerous in my steam library and click view CD Key there is only "Elite Dangerous" listed and I have already tried this key and it doesn't work. But in the list of the items that pop up when click on the game I can clearly see 2 products: Elite Dangerous: Game Key and ED: Horizons season Pass

I'm having the same problem, except I had previously been able to play Horizons. No CD key for Horizons to link to my Frontier account.

I Have experienced the same problem. You need to logout the machine from the launcher. Then you need to log in using steam instead of using a frontier account. This will be a separate button. You might need to choose for the base game when starting from steam, do not choose horizons, because then you will get that error and the launcher will close again.

when i click elite dangerous from steam i dont even have option view key?no matter what i do it always logs in to elite dangerous arena.i have linked my steam account i really dont get what this better be pretty f... good game causeits so hard to even start!

That is because there is no "CD Key" with Steam version any more, as explained in the first support kb link I posted above ( https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/faq.php?id=487 ) ....

If you are following the instructions on there and not having success then raise a support ticket on that support site ( https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/) and they will sort you out.
