The last 6 rolls increased almost nothing and I can't get the complete indication for grade 5.

It happens sometimes, and I don't think you're seeing a bug. G5 can take 10+ rolls sometimes, or even maxing out a G3 or G4 can if you try to complete it without moving on. The closer to the end, the less you get per roll, in general.
The best is when the numbers are maxed out but the ring isn't quite there yet. I can't resist it, I just keep dumping mats.

Well, still even if you would need more 10 rolls to get that final last 0.01% to complete maxed FSD aint is bad.
Folks tends foget that getting a god rolls back then, when RNG was pure and random, requied hundreds of rolls more than this... And even back then, results such as this was consider as god rolls, and they was usualy weaker than you already archived.
Maybe OP is too new in Elite, to even remeber that.

Seriously, things like this bother me to such a disproportionate degree that if this happened to one of my builds I might have to consider buying a whole new FSD and starting over. David Braben did always say that ED was something of a social experiment. If one of his goals was to weed out the crackpots, I consider myself well and truly weeded when it comes to stuff like this.
