I CANT GET INTO THE GAME HELP PLEASE

Kinda stupid the game won't even try to run. From my experience games will run plenty fine on low settings below the minimum specs even.

Having the same error here. I do know I am way below minimum requirements, but I was below minimum requirements on both the last game and Planet Zoo and can run both on medium settings.
I wish the game would at least try to launch, so I can see for myself if it's actually unplayable with my system or not.

If the game requires graphics API's that the card doesn't support then it won't run at all, it has in fact already tried to run, and when it polled the graphics card to make sure it has the correct support it finds it doesn't and reports that fact. It can't run, although it's always worth updating your card drivers in case.

There's "below minimum spec" and "not supported", if it's not supported it won't run.

In fact it appears to be unplayable on your system, this is what it is telling you.

Doesnt JWE2 require DX12 only?
Lots of (old) hardware is not compatible with Dx12.

First thing to do, if you are sure it has DX12 on the card, is to update the drivers. The other thing is, if you are posting on a forum seeking help, you really should post at least the vid card type if not the full system spec. It's difficult to provide any sort of help without even the basic info, and that's something every person on this thread asking for help has failed to do.

What kind of CPU does your laptop have?

The system requirements are quite detailed. And they do seem to indicate the need for a quite hefty system, even for minimal requirements

In Windows search, type SYSTEM and hit enter.
A window should show with a list of specs, like CPU, GPU, Memory (RAM).
