I can't play, error with graphic card (i think) (help)

Whenever i go to any surface, my graphic card stop or something and i get flashing black screen (i have to exit to menu or the black screen becomes permanent and have to restart the pc). no matter the graphics configuration, and i have similar recommended requirements pc.
someone with this error?, or with the solution?

I can't play, frontier you are very busy, but this is weird (i don't know if my graphic card will break for this)

I would start checking client.log and update.log, any info errors or warnings, specially render, graphics problems.

I didn't find any problem. (I'm not very good at looking for these things either)
client.log doesn't seem to show error. I didn't find update.log, i search it with the searcher above but didn't find, so i don't have that file.
Thanks anyway, i put this error on issuetracker
