Is it positive to think the navy missions are fixed and im not grinding for the empire right or is it positive to think they are broken and someone will fix it? my point is that negativness is the only thing that will make the devs get round to looking into it.

Its probably been mentioned, but the word you're looking for is Optimism. Positivism is quite different. Look it up.
