I don't see anyone else involved, but everyone else sees me.

Hi, I've been having a problem for several days in the wings with my friends.
I'm playing with my friends in the same session and they see me very well.
On the other hand I can see their squadron signal but no ship is visible in front of me, they are doing damage to my shield, they are standing in front of me without me being able to see them!
I reinstalled the game, restarted the computer with and without anti virus repaired the files of the launcher. Nothing works anymore I am alone in the game and everyone can see me and destroy me! Help! What can I do?

No the game didn't ask me anything, after re-installing on another SSD I managed to play but I still don't see anyone.
Why was the game working fine a week ago and now I can't see the players' ships (even on a wing)?

Not a question we can answer.

Raise a ticket with support, they will take a look at your netlogs and probably run some tests with you.

Reinstalling was never going to solve your issue as its not a file issue, its a networking issue.
