Engineers I don't think exquisite focus crystals exist

Thanks for getting in touch. I've just looked at the game data and yes, exquisite focus crystals appear to be spawning at a much lower frequency than before. They're still in the game but they're now incredibly rare.

I've asked for this to be investigated. It may be intentional or it may be a bug, so we'll need to find out.

As a bonus, I'll see to getting Basic Conductors, Crystal Shards, Tempered Alloys, Heat Resistant Ceramics, and Unidentified Scan Archives removed from the reward choices (these are no longer used in any recipes and I already have clearance to remove them).

I'll also ask about making MEF a mission reward (I don't think it will be a problem, but haven't got clearance yet so no guarantees).

WTH? I have been carrying around Crystal shards, Heat resistant Ceramics and Unidentified Archives for yonks!

I actually got an exquisite crystal from a boom data delivery mission today. It is the first exquisite crystal I've come across, which shouldn't be.

Did they misplace a decimal point or something that they're so rare?

it seems that the missions with EFC and Biotech Conductors are rarer then it should be and missions with CIF are unicorns, that show up once in blue moon

I got an EFC mission this morning at 06:30ish (cheeky session before work, yep im in hardcore engineering mode).

I then proceeded to roll a BEAST G5 thermal resist booster

It would appear that RNGod favours the early bird !

This past weekend I was constantly offered missions that rewarded not one, but two EFCs. As I already have more than I need, I turned those missions down for others.
