I don't understand why the account is restricted

Hi all,

Today I received a message from Frontier Customer Support that my account was limited for 7 days because of "Account Action by an agent on behalf of the requester" and the reason is "We have confirmed the use of a client manipulation method using your Elite Dangerous account, which breaches EULA and Terms of Use".

But I don't understand why I could get this. I've never used any third-party programs. I mainly do PVE in the game, I've never had enemies among the players in the game, and I've never attacked players. I've never log off the game when they gank, although this has been very rare throughout all this time.

What should I do in this situation? I don't understand what I did wrong, I've never had such goals.

Already created a ticket, thanks. But I'm afraid I'll have to wait longer for an answer than the account restriction will be in effect)
