The station in HIP 296 was among the stations in the "Token Ring" portion of the race, along with some other questionable names. It's just that the station in HIP 296 was the only one that couldn't be posted by name.

Languages doesn't need swearing, it just makes it fun.
Having filter allows for a bigger player base.
Some parents do not allow their kids to play games that they did not meet the age requirements....or have swearing.

Well, I guess it depends on the target audience. GTA games aren't meant for kids, but I'm not sure this game really is either. All I know is that if I lose my 150 million dollar ship, bad words will be said.
