If you’re doing business in Maia, there is an Outbreak system next door. I can’t remember the system name, but you should be able to find it in the GalMap state filter. As soon as I scanned the Nav Beacon and returned to supercruise, I found an HGE, with a bunch of Military Grade Alloys. If you’re in the area, it’s a good spot for military grade Alloys.

Outbreak should give you Pharmaceutical Isolators, not MGA (they usually spawn in war/civil war systems). Can you confirm any PI sightings?
