Was just looking for an Artemis suit myself and I found it for sale at Colonia Dream in Ratraii. Hope this helps any other Odyssey CMDRs in the colonia region who don't want to go all the way back to the bubble for a suit, since a lot of others in the Colonia system chat were asking earlier.
