Why not? I have RRMs, which type have you got? Ive never oncehad issues feeding meself, and cooking is something I do every day as Im a single parent and got nobody else to do it for me.
Still have some issues actually playing though...sitting at a desk is nigh on impssible and the constant pain has to be at times heavily medicated, so one tends to drool in a drug fuelled daze most nights. Doesnt appear to affect actual ability and I do play a number of FPS games as well as this, so if Im playing badly, then all the others who score well below me must be the most noobish of noobs...
Also...what exactly is the topic?
Wow there is OT and there is OT.
Clearly you have lesions in very different parts of your central nervous system.
Topic is, it's not as simple as everybody getting good.
Not really. I need to play games to get my coordination back. I need solo mode now. Can't go into open.

Karla; this is very sad to hear as MS is one of the real nasties of this world. They say that it is inherited but normally skips a generation, it also sounds like you have the form, that relapses and then goes into remission; due to the way you said it hit you hard. I don't feel there is a better or worse form of this illness and it is not something I would wish on anyone. I worked with the disabled in the 90s and saw a lot of people with MS and was amazed just how many different types of possible ways people tried to use to relieve or cure it. From gluten free diets to all sorts of off the wall remedies and potions, but I would say, stick to the professional advice and avoid anyone asking for money. Verminstar is right about the weed, is does have beneficial effect, with the pain, tremors and shakes, along with helping regaining coordination etc.. The only thing I can offer as advise, is try to be positive, as I believe your state of mind, is half the battle when confronting this thing. I see that you are putting words to the page, is this by hand? If so, it is step in the right direction. Take care.
It is ridiculous how the law stands on this subject, especially in the UK. It makes people go to the street for their pain relief and yet it is not the THC they need; which is what the street stuff is grown to produce. It is the CBD side of the drug which benefits the sick and in pain and the CBD and CBN part of the drug, which are found in really low amounts in street drugs, because they are grown for the high. Have you tried asking your doctor for Sativex, it is prescribed in the UK sometimes, it does not work for everyone, but is recommended for MS sufferers and doesn't just dope you out.Relapsing remitting...one gets to know those words well. Will just add one cautionary thing...the weed can be hit and miss with the coordination part, although that could be a side effect of whatever pain meds yer taking. Legal ones I mean. Killing the pain entirely can put ye on yer back in a doped up mess to the point where just standing up straight and without wobbling is nigh on impossible, let alone driving or playing games.
Problem with dealing with pain completely is that it does affect mobility and functionality...everyone has their own balance depending on a number of factors. Their pain threshold and their willingness to ignore the law concerning drugs. The sad part and the real argument fer the legalization is that unless ye break the law, then yer gonna suffer. The strongest legal meds I can get deal with the pain but the consequences have put me in hospital twice with overdosing. When not in hospital, yer a vegetable who can barely say yer own name coherently.
Thats what legal meds do. I rest my case yer honour and up yours...its the 21st century dammit. Apologies, but Im part of a real life group trying to change the law regarding medicinal use and changing attitudes...its something I get a bit carried away with as its currently the reason why I can live a decent life like a semi normal human being and keep just a little dignity ^

I am not sure how practical it is, but self-grown weed is generally way better for this than 'supergrown' weed aimed at high THC levels. Not a great choice for stoners, but for medical reasons its a fairly cheap, easy and effective approach. Not sure how laws about this are in the UK, but surely they wont go out of their way to deal with such non-problems regardless of the legal technicalities?
