Then I got Multiple Sclerosis. A week later I can't even use a knife and fork.

Very sad to hear that Karla. Like Ozram says, we've been missing you in the Mosquito Squadron Discord :(

If money and ethics aren't an issue, I would seriously look into stemcell therapy for this. A friend of mine had MS for about 10 years and managed to get enough money to go to Russia for SC treatment. She got her life back according to herself. It's not for everyone, but it has shown some great results in some cases. Just thought I'd throw it out there.

Edit: I believe this is the procedure she went through: Stem Cell Transplantation

Out of curiosity, how much money we're talking about (re: stemcells)?

A little under $50k. And ethics is no concern, or shouldnt be. Years ago a prize was awarded for re-creating stem-cells from hair/skil cells from the patient. No fetus or nothing required. The only hurdle is politics currently: health insurance companies wont fund a $50k procedure in Russia, because its abroad. Stemcell research could jump miles in the west, but the 'stemcell=fetus' machine wont stand for it, even though its nonsense.

Which is strange, because the procedure involves extracting the patient's own stemcells as far as I understand it.

35 to 40 sounds about right. I have heard about this although I understood it really only affected those who were diagnosed in the teens and twenties, and there was significant damage already done. At this point in life though, raising 400 quid fer tyres and car tax will near break me the whole of next month. Raising 40 grand just nakes me laugh out loud at the thought ^

Yup. Its absolute and nonsensical that we aint doing it. Like its nonsense we aint researching cannabis properly. Lots of things are banned from being researched. Usually by insane religious clowns who we, for reasons beyond me, cant simply put against the wall for the greater good of mankind...

I am not sure how practical it is, but self-grown weed is generally way better for this than 'supergrown' weed aimed at high THC levels. Not a great choice for stoners, but for medical reasons its a fairly cheap, easy and effective approach. Not sure how laws about this are in the UK, but surely they wont go out of their way to deal with such non-problems regardless of the legal technicalities?

The Swiss "Light" weed would be perfect for me. I don't want THC, I want the relaxing, anti-psychotic stuff. Sadly Finland is still committed to the War on Drugs, so it will remain theoretical for now.
