Ok I gots to call ! I understand that after a certain rank or level the game kicks the player out of the Metet area and you can't go back, ok I get it. BUT! To do that when a player is in the middle of doing cargo missions and has a ship filled with different cargo and then when he gets kicked all the cargo is listed as stolen and I have to pay fines??? what I call

Umm, You can stay in there as long as you want, I suspect however that you took on the "leaving the area" follow on mission & completed that before the other missions by leaving the starter area all by yourself.
No, no and thrice no. If you had mission cargo and lost your permit (silly commander) then the mission would have failed and so the cargo is "stolen" (i.e. stolen from the mission-giver).
You don't get "kicked out" of the starting systems and you only lose the permit on docking outside of the zone - so really you can't blame the game for your mistake. (Although many do.)
Yeah that just happened to me...then I got ganked. Which was nice!
Although, I'm well aware of the fact that I left the 'bunny' systems. Not a "silly commander" here, oh no!
I meant that to dock and lose their permit whilst still having active missions and cargo for the zone was a silly mistake, not that someone is silly to leave the zone whenever they want.
No, you're right, it did sound a little sarcastic. Got a little lost in the translation, though I do know what you mean about the zones
