I guess the people of Sol don't want to be rescued because of 200cr fine...

So just had a little incident with my Beluga rescuing the people of Sol...
After receiving a 200cr fine due to the RECKLESS BEHAVIOR of an npc (totally not me!) they won't allow me access to the passenger lounge.
While that would be no big problem I am still somewhat notorious after engaging in some operations for my power.

On a serious note this ridiculous and frustrating as hell, fdev please fix.
Potential quick fixes:

Make it so anonymous access only triggers when the total fine/bounty exceeds a certain value (ex 2000cr)
Always enable the passenger lounge/mission board in evac systems
Throw away this whole 'attempt' at a c&r system

Like the other guy said, if you read the post it's about how notoriety works.
And I never said it was not user error (actually I kinda said it was), I know how the game works. Just saying it's stupid how that system works both gameplay and lore wise.
