I feel like the guests just don't like viewing the more common animals and they'll always have a neutral response.
I've found my guests meh at the view of the gazelles/zebra/nyala however much planting/enrichment/feeded/shelters/whatever I put next to the glass. They like the babaies. They like the mixed species enclosure. They like to specifically watch them eat, poop, etc. But they still always moan about the medicore view (ok, fine, 3-star at best, etc).
The tiger's seem to function correctly - If they're towards the back of the enclosure with sparse planting I'd get 'I guess the view is ok' but when they're sleeping/eating/playing next to the glass I get a positive reaction. This guy made me laugh - I guess it was their favourite animal or something?
I think the problem is they are also seeing the peacocks from some where further away in your zoo, not jsut from inside the walkthrough bit. If you look around you might see someone sneaking a look over a hedge or something miles away and that gives them the negative thought. Its kind of stupid. I fixed the problem by making sure there were absolutely no other angles to view them from other than from directly within the enclosure itself. What's this about? I have a peafowl enclosure and guests are right next to the animal and the view of the peafowl is just "ok"? How could the view get any better?

If it helps... I kept trying different things and the elevated platforms right above the barrier wall seem to be doing the trick for me. I'm not sure if it will work for all, but it might be worth a shot.
He just REALLY like tigers.
I have noticed something that maybe it’s related? Maybe? My guests never seem to react to my animals. Here’s my peafowls eating and playing, and sleeping, and making babies; but I just can’t find a guest that have a thought of any of these things. It’s weird and it happens with all my animals. They are looking at the enclosure, but never really comment anything from it, just the view.
Not the case with my guys. Can see they comment about the babies, eating, pooping and have a really weird obsession with the health of my Nyalas. They still hate the view.
I only have one super old zebra in there at the moment - couldn't find any positive commets for him as they're moaning he's lonely.

I'm clicking on the guests that are IN the enclosure that are literally right next to it.
If the problem is the guest needs to be higher or something to get a better overall view than wouldn't the view be worse than being right next to the animal?

In this picture, the guy in blue thinks the view to the peafowl to the left is just "ok". I know he's looking at this animal and referring to it because I click the location icon and that peafowl gets highlighted. It's just absurd.
I've clicked on guests who were standing right next to the peafowls and the view was still just "ok". The view literally cannot be any better.
How does it make any sense that an overhead view of a peafowl from meters away is a better view than standing right next to the animal and touching it?

In this picture, the guy in the blue is complaining about the peafowl to the left even though he was literally touching it. The view cannot be any better.
It's a lot more uncommon that them whining about the view, but it's odd if you're never seeing any of those messages. Could be peacocks are bugged, IDK as I haven't kept them.So cool! I’m yet to see one of these.
It looks like they are two different unrelated issues, then.
