I'm out cracking rocks and right as the detonation timer hits zero on this one, exactly one of my charges went off.
And I heard "detonation failed". Then, in a display of the sort of common sense that should definitely be trusted with control of a spacecraft, I decided to fly closer to the rock covered in malfunctioning explosives. About ten seconds after the first one went off, the other two went off and I was again told "detonation failed" as the rock split apart anyways and gave me all the fragments I usually get. Unfortunately I was too surprised to get a second screenshot of this.
