I am regrettably asking why I can no longer reset the mission board by swapping to and from open and solo. I do not like to mission stack and would rather not need to but alas, if some players can make 300 million credits per hour and I can't because I can't stack, I need to know why. If this is the wrong place to post this then by all means please move this, and thanks for replying.

I think it was an intentional "fix" to stop the constant mode switching (which was seen as an exploit).
You can still stack missions if you find a good system that's handing out loads all at once.
+I think the 300mil cr per hour guys were using the kill skimmers missions s from 17 Draconis, those spawn in bunches of 5 or 6 once you're friendly in that system, no mode switching required really. The boards still refresh the old fashioned way every 10 min
