I just thought I'd share a small story regarding a dream I had this morning. Now it just so happens I have a small case of ptsd, it's nothing severe but I was diagnosed at an earlier age due to severe traumatic abuse with being bullied. It's nothing to me now but I still have fits of rage upon waking up in the middle of the night on occasion. About twice a month to be exact.
This morning I was taking a small nap and fell into a deep sleep, during my dream I remember meeting Mr. Brazen for the first time and I immediately became awe struck. Keep in mind however I've never had any sort of connection with Mr. Braben, ive simply watched him on youtube a few times. There's nothing to my knowledge that would cause my brain to target him in any way. My guess is that it was all a coincidence. Upon meeting the guy, suddenly he became rather rude after noticing my laptop. He began verbally spitting abusive explatives. For no apparent reason he decided that my laptop was a hunk of junk, hell bent on smashing it to pieces simply because he thought of me being inferior.
"Get that pos out of my face, or I'll smash it." He says.
To my objection, he was inconsolable. I began to plea with reason, while trying my hardest to maintain a sense of peace. I was unaware what caused him to turn against me, the only thing he wanted to do was wreak havoc.
After coming to terms that Mr. Braben needed his space I picked up my laptop and began to walk away, and with a quick snatch he grabbed my laptop, and broke the top part in half leaving a large crack. It was rendered useless; I began to cry. Seriously! Before the dream ended Mr. Braben says something extremely derogatory which I can't seem to remember at this point. I went from an in dream tear soaked man child to waking up in a fit of rage, after realising what had occured, I calmed down and went back to sleep.
I honestly don't know why the poor guy was in a dream of mine, I've never felt any animosity towards him in any way shape or form. Just last week I experienced a similar fit of waking rage, again some random guy I used to know personally but didn't have any hatred towards. I'm sure Mr. Braben is a wonderful man who is passionate about his career.
With that said, again I just wanted to share this experience of mine.
Thanks everyone.
