I have a lore question, How is an imperial slave recognised as an imperial slave?
By that I mean, what identifies a person on a station as an Imperial slave, is it clothing, a security band around their arm or neck or papers/identification card?
I know the following:-
You only become one by volunteering and is not forced into it and many Imperials will choose to sell themselves into a fixed period of slavery than face the embarrassment and dishonour of living with a debt.
