I have a question about Conflict Zones

I had someone on youtube tell me to go to FNS Neptune in Ngaliba and have no idea what he is talking about and cant get a hold of him.

How do I find the capital ship in this system?

I guess my question is. Where can I go see a Capital ship?

I am looking up info on this location and says the cap ship is near Ngaliba 3 but I dont see anything. the post was from last year though.

I seriously doubt a conflict zone from a year ago is still active. Use the galaxy map to check for factions with a state of war. One of the parties must be fed or imp. Go to that system and look in a High CZ. Chances are there will be a Cap ship.

You can take a look at InfoLimpet for active Conflict Zone.

Take one where Federation is involved and check by yourself each High Intensity zones locally.

If you just want to see one jumping in, go to Facece, and you'll find there's a wrecked one near the sun. Go there and wait a minute or two.

Is that still there - I went there a week or 2 after the destruction of the capital ship (due to only just getting the permit then) and saw nothing?
