I have a question regarding CMDR names.

Or two I suppose.

One. Is there an upper character limit to how long your in-game name can be?

Two. Can you use quotation marks? For nicknames, for example: Charlie "Chuck" Chaplin.

Wiping my PC save soon & need this information for my new CMDR name.

Just so you know you can request a CMDR name change in support (in case you are wiping ur save for that ),

Upper character limit tho? My in game name is MASSIVE D all capitals i think, so you can have name in all capitals yes

I have other reasons to wipe, new name is just a bonus.

I could have worded the question better. By upper limit, I should have said is there a maximum number of characters you can use in your CMDR name?

My previous name was CMDR Augustine Morgan, so you can have them pretty lenghty
