Will the auto dock work when landing on a planet station? or is the AI not good enough?

Guess we'll find out in another few hours. I don't see why it would have a problem but anything's possible and that's why we have beta tests.

Never used a docking computer - do they work on platforms? If so then pretty sure it'll be just like that.

I'll take a wild guess and say that, as far as docking on planetary outposts is concerned, it should probably work (because "why not?"

). But as others stated - who knows?

The beta isn't even out yet so I think it is safe to say that "No one knows."

But I have another small question: Why is it so hard to create a meaningful threat title?

Since AI ships will have to land on the bases, there is no reason to assume a DC won't work. It's also a no brainer in terms of game design. Why would it work for orbital stations but not for surface bases?

I hope I won't be embarrassed when the beta released but I'd put my bet on DC working.
