I have just installed Planet Coaster on a new computer , but the subsribed tool kit items are now missing in the game

I have just purchased a new gaming lap top and decided to re-install Planet Coaster again after not playing it for a long while

I had subscribed to many tool kit items which I had used in the sand box mode many times before

But now when I load the game , there are no items in the tool kit list , yet in the Steam theme makers took kit menu they are all still listed as subscribed

Steam also keeps scheduling a Planet Coaster work shop down load , but it does not actually down load any thing .... it just re-schedules for ten minutes later every time and every time does not down load


Any help would be appreciated
