I have Odyssey on Steam. But when I use my Frontier account, it only has Horizons.

For context: I have recently migrated from a console account. I don't have a PC, but I was able to install Steam and ED:Odyssey through CrossOver. Prior to the request to migrate, I was able to play Odyssey and I deleted my save to make way for my old CMDR. There were a few issues after migration:

1. My Steam account still asked me to create a new CMDR after the migration.
2. I discovered, after re-linking my Frontier account that my old CMDR was indeed migrated. But that account only has access to Horizons.
3. Now, I believe my Steam account is automatically linking to my Frontier account (which is progress), but the game still only has access to Horizons when my Steam library has Odyssey installed.

Do I need to repurchase Odyssey for my Frontier account? If anyone can help an old (in my 50s) CMDR, I would like to go back to the black. o7

The two accounts are different, the migrated account gets access to Horizons as that is now the base game, but the migrated account isn't rolled into your existing ED account, it is an entirely separate account to any existing accounts with FDEV, so you now have two accounts. Your old account with access to Odyssey, your migrated account with access to Horizons only and all the stuff you had on console, the two are not connected in any way. To get Odyssey on the migrated account you will need to purchase it for that account.
