I have solved the puzzle:
the first signal is in LP 714-58, it is binary code. The second is in Wuniez (which is the translation of the signal), it is in morse code. the third is Olurung (again the answer for the puzzle), this code is numerical sequency with some mixed up letters, but is basically A = 1, B= 2 and so on. It brings you to Kwakimo, which has a message LP 714-58, that I believe means nothing. But ih you take all the keys from all messages and read it in reverse you will have the final system HIP 19912. I believe that is the end because I've received a message saying that the federation will follow the signal...
