How do I get rid of "Military plans" and "Ancient artifact"? Does it need a black market?

Ive been through alot of stations without finding a black market. In my search I stumbled upon a pirate outpost (my first!) but even there, there is no black market...?!

Yes, you need a black market.

IME looking for smaller outposts rather than stations, and independent rather than federal, should lead you to your black market.

It is "stolen" so yes, you need to sell at a Black Market. Almost all Anarchy systems have a black market station so best to look there.

Plus you are less likely to be scanned and fined for having the items.

I'm in the LFT 1664 system. I just wish there was an easier way to find black markets...

Well, most of the time the big stations have BM. But that is little stupid, since 99% of the time you get scanned by authority before docking and fined for more than the cargo is worth.

Try ROSS 210 (Chebyshev ring) or Psamathe system.

They were alright. Sold three of those yesterday. After fines, I made about -7000

I prefer my Black Markets on outposts for exactly that reason. There tends to be less scanning going on around the smaller joints. If you really want to avoid the fines go for an outpost in an independent system. Preferably one with spinning red skulls on it Those places don't give a ****.
