A mistake when ordering meant I ordered two copies of the game. I can't seem to find a way to give the other copy to someone. I tried to contact customer support (on the freakin' 14th, 48-hour response my sweet ass) to cancel the PRE-ORDER (Which is what it was at the time) but 11 days later, nothing.
So I want to give the second copy to a friend. How do I go about doing this? At least it won't just sit there indefinitely, and I can cancel this useless ticket. Every time I see it I get a little more annoyed. If you can't keep even a vaguely reasonable time frame for your customer support, then don't promise a response window! Ugh.
