I have two warzone missions in Reitquat, only no warzones

There are checkpoints but its not giving me the option to pick a faction and its full of federation ships, and I don't really want to be shooting them, since I am trying to rank up in the federation.

Anyone experienced this before?

Checkpoints are not the conflict zones. Conflict zones may not appear until you fly further in system.

Just usually they show up on the list of destinations straight away.
