I honestly didn't know Player Groups could get our own Capitol Ships! Why didn't I know this...

During East India Company's latest expansion, we were at War and look what showed up at the CZ! I should have realized we get these as player groups, it just never really dawned on me. It's kind of exciting!

Well this is the first ive heard about player groups getting capital ships as well, is this only on PC side? Are you sure about this? I haven't heard anything about it. Did your group request this from Frontier? I know there are faction specific logos that will be applied to ships if your in the faction. They are working on that, but this is the first ive heard of Capital ships for minor factions. Do you have any specific info on this?

I'm glad about that. I feel players are more involved if the ships are smaller. More personal.

Even if there were a way to control capital vessels, I wouldn't pursue it.

My lifelong fantasy has been to travel the stars in a small ship, fit only for three or four crew at the most. This game is the nearest I'll ever get to that reality.

I really do wish that I lived 1,000 years in the future. :(

I would wish that those who dream could see their dreams come true. It's special to dream and to aspire and to hope and to hold such respect for the heavens!

But a small crew could swing both ways. You could be a tight knit crew with absolutely incredible relations or you could go mad and kill each other like people on a boat stranded at sea. Space would be a frightening and lonely place, but it would also be quite the spectacle to explore!

Anyone get loss of frame rate due to these bad boys ? I've had some instances work well and some that were pretty glitchy. Still can't beat an accidental fly through the superstructure, proper death star styling - blew my mind first time I seen it :)

I don't want to be the one to tell you this, but since the EIC is an empire minor faction the main imperial navy owns the cap ship but sent it to assist your minor faction. But on the bright side whenever the EIC is at civil or plain war you have a chance of a cap ship assisting, just like if a federal player faction could have a battlecruiser help them. That particular cap ship was at the CG in Cayutorme a few months ago too.
