I just bought new CV1 only $140, or did i.. ?

Most likely a scam of some sort, but thats what eBay buyer protection is for.

I will report how this turned out. :D

EDIT: The listing was removed by eBay as it was sold, but basically there was new, unopened, unused Oculus Rift for $140. And the seller had 3 of those. :D

Well, the sell/ask price was $67 and shipping was $68.. :D
As it would seem plausible that someone would fat finger $67 instead of $670, im still quite confirmed that i will receive:

1) Nothing
2) Cheap-ass chinese copy of Oculus where it says "Olucus Ritf" on the package cover. :D
3) Packet full of something else

I was in China a few years back and while I was visiting a 5 story tech mall in Shi Jia Zhuang they had "Sansumg" mobile phones on the top floor, I poop you not.

This escalated just like i thought it would.

It was a scam all along. Ebay contacted me and said they removed the seller and the money is returned. :D

You guys might laugh at Ashens on youtube. He made a name for himself reviewing "Polystation 3"s, Popstations, several ripoff Iphones, and crappy cheap electronics in general :D.

Witnessed such naming hilarity myself over there as well when visiting my girlfriend (now wife) just under two years back. I was in the Shanghai, Hangzhou and surrounding province area for about three weeks. I actually turned it into a bit of a game for myself... kept my eyes sharp to find anything hilariously off-kilter. Signs, company names, etc. My now wife, then girlfriend (native Chinese), also helped haha. Beautiful country, amazing food, driving around is like playing pinball without hitting anything until you get use to the different road rules. LOL

The best named item I saw was when I was on the great wall. A guy was wearing a jacket with the following large text written on the back: "MEN'S JACKET".

I'm pretty sure I have a photo somewhere...
