I just had the worst costomer service experience of my life

I basically don't buy games from big companies anymore. I only just realised. Lol

I play ED, and Arma 3, 7 Days To Die, Total War, MechWarrior Online...

I want Planet Coaster. I like The X games. Lol

EA? Ubisoft? Nah. No money for you, until you realise what games are again. :p
Plus I isn't what your dodgy software. I already have enough with Steam and Windows. :p

Very much the same here, I really cant cope with all this aggressive casino simulator loot crates extravaganza anymore. Its sad what mainstream gaming has become. More sad part is, young folk will go with this trend and be ok with it and give those ppl money in spades.
*shakes her fist in the air...

If you haven't tried it yet you have to build a "safely above the zombies roof garden" lair up the big chimneys by the factory in seven days to die. I was doing great until I knocked a hole for a door at either side and the whole thing fell down breaking my legs and destroying all my stuff. It's like FPS dwarf fortress (the way I play it).

...and another! I'm out!

I hope it's not because of me! I still kinda like the game itself. And I do believe that majority of the players won't ever run into trouble.
I guess it's all just my typical luck...

It's just that if you ever run into trouble, don't count on any help from their side. :D

I was a hardcore D1 player since it's inception. Then along came D2. I couldn't wait for it's release. Played it for 2 weeks and traded it in like thousands(millions) of others. You are right Bungie has everyone's cash and couldn't care less. The thing is the players will not forget how Bungie has treated them and it will hurt their bottom line in the end. Their deal with Activision certainly didn't help things either. I really feel for the players who bought either the digital edition or deluxe edition. They will be hurting the most. On the bright side, i traded it in for this,,SWEET [up]

That sucks OP. Depending on what country you are in it doesn’t mater what they say and you can still get your refund. Occasionally consumer law can actually protect customers. Disheartening though. I’d definitely consider sharing the evidence of your interactions with them on as many gaming sites as possible.

Their support tells you to stop playing and get a refund and then their support tells you that all sales are final and no refund.

Nah! Keep pushing that ticket in and get a human on the line rather than the bot answer. In the mean time feed the story to media. This sort of corporate behaviour isn't on.

Considered getting this. Not now.

Too true. Also, OP why not post some screens here for us to see?
