Watching the live stream while doing the Dahan trading CG. Decided to switch to my A-spec Imperial Eagle for some of the combat CG. I dropped into the shipyard to retrieve, scroll down the list of options and hit the retrieve button. Unfortunately, I wasn't paying 100% attention and hit the sell ship instead. Nuts!

So last week was a bit busy IRL.
(Jeez, you mob its Chrismas - aren't you busy? Guess it's not T shirt weather there)
Before Horizons dropped I needed some cash for err "operational matters".
So I parked the Clipper and stripped it back to E rated, and took the cash in the T6 to go talk to a man about a dog.
One thing and another couldnt make the deal work. So shelved it, left town to mow the lawns down the lake house for the weekend. Noice.
Lake House is a few ks off the highway so there's no network. Not mobile. Nuthin.
Feel the serenity and that.
So no Elite.
Get back in game and try to do the new landy land thing, but it's not working and I'm late to the horizons party and I figure it can't be that hard, maybe I just don't have a big enough cargo hold in the T6 to fit an SRV or whatever so I go to get the Cilpper and guess what!
Biggest engine I can get is a B3.
That will get me 2.33 Ly - halfway to nowhere.
So I give a shout out on the teamspeak and everyone is helpful, so I know how to fix that, Ta.
But then I DO try an approach on a landable body in the T6 and my 2009 vintage machine can't do terrain.
No landings for me, bud.
Not without a significant real world spend.
Fine whatev's.
There's plenty of stuff to do in this game.
Off to meet a new bloke at Trevithick Dock, drive all the way out there with an empty hold figuring there'll be some sort of commodities market, but noooo. So turn around and go to Everate.
FTL? naaah - FML more like.

Ohhh can I join in? just got a conda ready for the distant worlds expedition, feeling confident with planarity landing and I think why not try Archanar. Going well but I pull up to hard dropping from orbital cruise, Glide cuts out and I just start plummeting towards the surface, Boosts, vertial thrusters. Nothing works. I went Boom, Thankfully I can still fly but for safety I'm making money in my cobra now

Full throttle, point nose up full pips to engine s(because shields won't save you) and boost, boost, boost... I managed to save myself at Achenar 3 like this at one stage, I think I stopped dropping at about 70m (I kid you not), I can't remember when I started plummeting, but it was certainly quite exciting!
