PvP I killed a clean CMDR / Zero notoriety?

Just curious if the rules have changed. I totally expected to wait it out at the I.F. and instead I was able to pay off the bounty immediately. I'm in powerplay; we are both in the same power, is that a factor?

Probably, You likely ended up with a PP Bounty. They can't be payed off.

Much like you'd expect. It is a bounty related only to PP. It can not be payed off, it can only be collected by another pledged player.

I looked in transactions and the powerplay screens under my power. Can't find anything about a special bounty.

Bhagui. Medium security. Wouldn't I get a pass on the bounty completely in Anarchy system? I did get a "murder" notice and the whole 9 yards.

I have also had the same experience lately. Did your target die via ram?. I tried it out last night. Rammed a clean CMDR. CMDR died. I got a bounty for murder, but no notoriety.

Ramming was involved. It all happened so fast, but yes the boost-ram at the end might explain this.

It happens to me too from time to time when killing AX commanders. It means the Far God approves of your sacrifice.
