So here is a dumb thought I had 
I always imagined Frontier is like Isla Sorna, and the game JWE is Isla Nublar.
So everyone who knows jurassic park/world thinks of Isla Nublar. A fun location that is open for the public to view their newest dinosaurs. However, in a remote location, new dinosaurs and attractions are being tested out. Seeing if their genomes are correct, if they look the part they need to be in, or if uncontrollable mutations occur. In secrecy, every day, an experiment is made to determine if they have a canary or a cat.
